Delivery

We ship worldwide with Royal Mail and UPS and all orders are sent, tracked and secure. All orders can be tracked online to ensure your order gets to you safely.

We want to make Delivery as easy as possible for our Customers, so we offer a variety of options for you to choose from. The full cost of your chosen delivery options will be shown when you checkout.

Please note we do not dispatch orders on the Weekends or UK Bank Holidays.

UK Orders

All UK deliveries are sent with a tracked Royal Mail service. 

Europe Orders

All Europe standard deliveries are sent with UPS.

All shipping times exclude clearance/ custom delays.

All European duty fees are included in your shipping fee.

International Orders

Please note International shipping costs and time can vary depending on counties outside of the UK/EU.

All International standard deliveries are sent with UPS or Royal Mail International.

Some countries outside of the UK may be subject to additional customs & import fees. Please contact your local customs office for further information about this.

Additional Information

All prices quoted on the website are in £ GBP. If you are paying with a bank from a different currency, the final price conversion will show upon your bank statement after payment confirmation. The exchange rate will be dependent on your bank currency exchange rates on the day of payment. 

Please ensure that all billing and shipping details are correct. Please note once a delivery has been dispatched we are unable to redirect packages. We’re unable to take responsibility for lost packages that have been signed for as being received. 

Once your order has successfully been shipped you will receive an email confirmation providing your tracking details and estimated delivery time. 

We always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, however we cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of strikes, remote delivery locations or weather conditions. The delivery times stated in your email are only estimates and once the courier has collected the item we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates. Please note that in certain areas in the world, only a limited range of delivery services are available.
