All prices quoted on the website are in £ gbp. if you are paying with a bank from a different currency, the final price conversion will show upon your bank statement after payment confirmation. the exchange rate will be dependant on your bank currency exchange rates on the day of payment. 

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation providing your delivery tracking number with an estimated delivery time, allowing you to track your order until it's delivery. You will be required to sign for your item upon delivery. 

The delivery times stated in your email are only estimates and once the courier has collected the item, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. please note that in certain areas around the world, only a limited range of delivery services is available. We will aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or weather conditions.

There may be local duties and taxes applied onto your order depending on the destination country. You may be required to pay these import duties and taxes to the courier on delivery. Please contact your local customs office for further information about this.
